At Witstrich, we provide free shipping on all orders above Rs. 500. For orders below that, a nominal fee of Rs. 50 is charged. We usually deliver within 3-5 days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location. We take utmost care in packaging your products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In case of any damage during shipping, please contact our customer support team and we will take care of it.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase or the product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all the tags intact. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange.
